On January 11, 2017, at the headquarters of NSN Construction and Engineering Joint Stock Company, the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between Shinko Electric Company and NSN JSC took place. This signing ceremony marked Shinko Electric Company as one of the strategic partners of NSN Company.

Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of NSN Construction and Engineering Joint Stock Company, was Mr. Thach Hoang Ngoc, General Director, and representatives. On Shinko Electric Company's side, there was Mr. Toshimichi Momma and representatives. In addition, there were also representatives from Mizuho Bank and B&Company Consulting Company attending.

During the ceremony, the General Directors of the two companies affirmed that the signing of this cooperation agreement is an important event in the cooperative relationship between NSN and Shinko Electric; opens a strategic, long-term, durable cooperation program, bringing many practical benefits.

The signing of the cooperation agreement aims to promote business cooperation in Vietnam and other countries in the Southeast Asia region. At the same time, strengthen training, human resource development, and technology transfer for the construction of industrial and civil projects. The two sides affirmed to cooperate and seek mechanical and electrical construction projects (M&E), industrial and civil projects such as factories, office buildings, hotels, restaurants, luxury apartments, airports, train stations, road tunnels, subways, football fields, sports and entertainment areas, hospitals, nursing homes, schools in Vietnam and other countries in the region.
