On the morning of December 28, 2022, NSN Construction & Engineering Joint Stock Company and Son Ha Spice Company held a Groundbreaking Ceremony for the project "Building a new office for Son Ha Spice Factory" at Dinh Bang multi-skilled industrial cluster, Dinh Bang ward, Tu Son town, Bac Ninh province.

NSN serves as the design and build general contractor for the project. The project has a total area of 1060 m2 and was constructed in 190 days. The project is built on the foundation of the old office building, NSN will carry out the design items, apply for construction licenses, construction, MEP, interior, and acceptance with the authorities as defined by rules.

This is NSN's first big project at the Son Ha factory, demonstrating trust from the factory's Japanese leadership team in NSN through professionalism and quality throughout small work packages, especially during the bidding process that took place from June to November this year.

Son Ha Flavor and Spice Co., Ltd. is a 100% Japan-invested company specializing in producing agricultural products such as cinnamon, anise, pepper, ginger, turmeric, etc. The company currently has a factory located in Dinh Bang Industrial Zone, Dinh Bang Ward, Tu Son town, Bac Ninh province.
